Terms of Service

General terms:

Review both the types of illustration that I CAN draw, and those that I CANNOT do.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I only make illustrations in my own style, I do not imitate the style of other artists.
Keep in mind that the prices are only for each character.
The background of the characters will be free and only a solid color (such as white or transparent). Other types of complicated backgrounds will cost extra.
All donations are welcome and will be invested to improve my work.

The accepted currency is USD (United States dollars) through PayPal.
If the client is from Peru, the accepted currency is PEN (Peruvian soles) through the Yape application or bank transfer.
The illustration process begins once the agreed payment has been received.
Commissions can be paid 100% up front, or split 50% up front and 50% after sketch approval.

The illustrations are only digital drawings.
The time to complete the order is usually 7 to 14 days, depending on the complexity and elaboration of the piece. If you want to receive it before the minimum 7 days, you may have to pay an extra fee of +30% of the base price of the commission to speed up the process.
Once the digital illustration is finished, you will receive it in full resolution by mail and without a watermark.

The artwork photos you send them during the approval process will be watermarked.

You can review and coordinate changes a total of 3 times in the sketch phase. If you want to make changes after the sketch (lineart, coloring or shadows), an extra 10% of the total price will be charged for each additional time.

An additional fee will be added if you want to change something in the result of the drawing unless there was a misunderstanding on my part it won’t apply.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time and for any reason.
I hold all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT benefit further from commissioned artwork unless you (the client) violate any of the terms.
I reserve the right to publish commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications such as art books.

You can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social networks.
You may NOT make a profit from the commissioned piece (resell, redistribute, make prints, turn it into NFTs, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain intellectual property (IP) rights.
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, in other words, make money from it in any way that is not excluded by these terms.
Claiming the artwork as their own.
Alter the artwork without my consent.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS TO THE IMAGE CAN BE PURCHASED.

Returns are NOT accepted, unless there is an error on my part, please make sure that everything agreed is correct before starting the order.
If for any reason I am unable to initiate your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you request a PayPal chargeback at any time that you were not allowed to request a refund, you will lose all of the above rights to the ordered part, and I will have every right to further profit in any way. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations in which we discussed the fee as proof that I have completed the work for you. Plus, you'll be blacklisted for ordering me again.
